Registration
Online registration is required for all speakers and participants. Please be reminded that your registration will not be complete until the payment has been received.
PARTICIPANTS
The deadline for early registration for participants is Sunday, 15 April 2018. Following this date, the late registration fee will be in effect. In order for participants to benefit from early registration, they must make their payment and fill in the participant registration form by the deadline indicated above.
PRESENTERS
Upon acceptance of the proposals, presenters must register by Friday, 16 March 2018 latest to confirm that they will be attending the convention. Should they not register by the deadline, the conveners will assume that they have decided against attending the event. Speaker registration form will be available after the notifications of acceptance / rejection have been sent out. Please do not make any payment until you receive your notification.
